IIRSA Articulation Signs Lima Declaration

The IIRSA Articulation, a group of South American and international NGOs dedicated to exchanging information and promoting civil society engagement around the IDB driven IIRSA initiative, today finalized and signed their "Lima Declaration". The declaration is the product of a civil society conference on IIRSA held in Lima on the 18th-20th of July and states the Articulation's mission-the promotion of locally supported, sustainable development in the face of the massive infrastructure projects that form the IIRSA initiative.
