Chavez Names New Finance Minister and Vice President

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez replaced his finance minister and vice president as part of a sweeping Cabinet reshuffle after voters rejected his proposal to overhaul the constitution.
Deputy Finance Minister Rafael Isea will take over the Finance Ministry from Rodrigo Cabezas, while Housing Minister Ramon Carrizales becomes vice president in place of Jorge Rodriguez, said Jesse Chacon, the new minister of the president's office, on state-owned Venezolana de Television.
